NTT DATA is seeking a dynamic Helpdesk Senior Manager with strong people management skills to lead our team in Noida, Uttar Pradesh. This role is crucial for ensuring operational excellence, managing client relationships, and driving continuous improvement within our service desk operations.

Key responsibilities include ensuring Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met, alongside managing customer and stakeholder relationships. You will analyze challenges with your team and counterparts to devise effective solutions, and lead Service Improvement and Continuous Improvement initiatives.

Further duties involve driving cost savings and productivity enhancements, participating in business and people-related projects, and managing 24x7 operations. A core aspect of this role is overseeing the performance of teams and team leads, fostering best practice sharing, team building, guidance, and mentoring. You will also be responsible for upskilling and cross-skilling team members, and managing people attrition.

This position requires a minimum of 8 years of extensive Service Desk experience, with at least 2 years dedicated to delivery management for a service desk. Essential skills include strong industry domain knowledge, excellent communication and presentation abilities, and proven people management capabilities.

Additional requirements encompass stakeholder management, budget/cost pyramid management, transition management, and project management expertise. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional organizational skills, the ability to multitask, and a knack for working effectively in heterogeneous environments. Proficiency in Microsoft Applications such as MS Visio, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint is also necessary.
