Provide crucial L1/L1.5 technical guidance for identifying, prioritizing, and resolving reported issues via phone, email, and chat. Act as a vital liaison between customers and internal departments, ensuring seamless client infrastructure support.

Execute effective troubleshooting for MS Windows, PC hardware, Internet Explorer, MS Office, and COTS applications. Identify and resolve bugs with strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Leverage expertise in SSCM, Active Directory, Virtual Machines, Drive Encryption, VPN tools, and Microsoft Intune.

A Graduate degree is required, complemented by excellent communication and comprehension skills, ideally with international calling experience. Must possess outstanding customer handling abilities and be comfortable with rotational shifts within a 24x7 support window.

Demonstrate strong troubleshooting capabilities and bug-finding expertise. Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a diverse global team is essential. Proficiency in analytical tools such as Service Now, Excel, and Power BI is mandatory. This role requires a mandated work-from-office arrangement in Noida and demands 3-5 years of relevant experience.
