Provide top-tier IT Service Desk support, delivering guidance and training to end-users across various IT devices, applications, and processes.

Ensure prompt recording, updating, and escalation of support issues to the appropriate teams.

Assist with all IT onboarding activities for new and existing end-users.

Collaborate with internal IT Teams on essential system testing, integration, and ongoing maintenance.

Actively explore and discover new IT business tools to enhance support for both business users and our internal IT Team.

Proactively seek, suggest, evaluate, and implement improvements in processes and technology to optimize service delivery.

Possess excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, coupled with exceptional customer service abilities.

A natural team player, comfortable working collaboratively within a diverse global team and independently when necessary.

Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills, with a knack for bug identification and resolution.

Bring extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in IT software and hardware troubleshooting, including but not limited to Win 10, macOS, iOS, Android, Google Suite, and the Microsoft Environment.

Must be willing to work 24/7 rotational shifts, including week offs, and commit to working from the office.
