Key responsibilities include managing customer interactions via phone, chat, and email, meticulously recording reported issues within the ITSM framework. You will be instrumental in identifying issues, applying fixes, and conducting root cause analysis using established internal procedures. Providing expert technical guidance for problem identification, prioritization, and resolution is also a core part of this role. Additionally, you will screen, refer, and diagnose internal inquiries and work requests related to PC maintenance, acting as a crucial liaison between users and various departments to ensure timely and accurate resolution of all online system problems.

Ideal candidates will possess a university education, with a preference for a technical degree or relevant Microsoft certifications. Familiarity with Microsoft Operating Systems local and Office (Office and Remote) administration, along with Microsoft Office family applications, is highly beneficial. Previous experience in providing Office (Office and Remote) IT support is considered an advantage. The ability to analyze and solve problems through diligent investigation and effective troubleshooting is essential. Excellent communication and customer service skills, coupled with fluency in English, are required. Flexibility to work shifts is also necessary for this position.
