As a Helpdesk Senior Associate, you will deliver outstanding IT Service Desk support, offering guidance and training to end-users across various IT devices and applications. You will meticulously record, update, and escalate support issues to ensure timely resolution.

Key responsibilities include supporting all IT onboarding activities, collaborating with internal IT teams on system testing and maintenance, and proactively identifying new IT business tools. You will also be instrumental in suggesting and implementing process and technology enhancements, demonstrating a commitment to learning and growth within diverse IT business areas.
