Responsibilities

Provide essential L1/L1.5 technical guidance, expertly managing the identification, prioritization, and resolution of reported issues via phone, email, and chat. Act as a crucial liaison between customers and internal departments within the Client Infrastructure, ensuring smooth operations.

Key duties include offering effective troubleshooting for common issues related to MS Windows, PC hardware, Internet Explorer, MS Office, and COTS applications, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

A solid foundation in troubleshooting MS Windows, PC hardware, Internet Explorer, MS Office, and COTS applications is essential.

Fluency in the French language, both written and spoken, is a mandatory requirement, with a minimum B1 level certification. Excellent comprehension and writing abilities are expected.

Exceptional customer handling skills are a must. The role requires flexibility to work in rotational shifts, supporting a 24x7 operational window. A graduate degree is a prerequisite for this position.
