This role is integral to ensuring our online systems operate flawlessly. You will act as a key liaison between customers and internal departments, providing accurate and timely resolution for all technical issues. Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting Windows issues, including registry edits, boot problems, and network connectivity.

Manage and troubleshoot MAC devices, ensuring optimal performance and resolving technical challenges.

Support Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Autopilot device setup processes.

Assist with SCCM, Amazon Workspaces, and Citrix environments.

Perform basic Active Directory troubleshooting and resolve Outlook issues.

Address printer and external monitor/docking station problems, along with network drive connectivity.

Handle device collection, retrieval, and replacement processes.

Install, maintain, and optimize desktop and notebook configurations at client sites.

Diagnose and resolve product performance issues, performing necessary maintenance and repair services.

A Graduate degree with relevant experience in a technical support role is required.

Proficiency in troubleshooting Windows 10 and Windows 8 operating systems, PC hardware, and basic knowledge of Internet Explorer, networking, messaging, and MS Office applications are essential.

Familiarity with COTS applications is also necessary.

Experience with registry edits, MAC troubleshooting, MDM, Autopilot device setup, SCCM, Amazon Workspaces, Citrix, Active Directory (basic troubleshooting), Outlook, printers, external monitors, docking stations, and network drives is crucial for success in this role.

Ensure customer satisfaction by advising on preventive maintenance and configurations that may affect product performance, and instruct users on system operation and maintenance.
