Provide essential L1 technical guidance for identifying, prioritizing, and resolving reported issues via phone, email, and chat. Serve as a key liaison between customers and various departments within the client infrastructure, ensuring smooth communication and support. Demonstrate strong troubleshooting capabilities across MS Windows, PC Hardware, Internet Explorer, MS Office, and other COTS applications.
