Provide exceptional IT support, guidance, and training to end-users across various devices and applications.

Efficiently record, update, and escalate support issues to ensure prompt resolution.

Assist with IT onboarding processes for new users and collaborate with internal IT teams on system testing and maintenance.

Actively explore and suggest new IT business tools, while also driving process and technology improvements. Be prepared to learn and develop skills in other IT business areas.

Possess excellent English written and verbal communication skills, complemented by outstanding customer service abilities.

Demonstrate strong teamwork capabilities and comfort working with diverse global stakeholders.

Exhibit robust troubleshooting skills, with a knack for identifying and resolving bugs effectively.

Acquire hands-on knowledge in troubleshooting both IT software and hardware, including Win 10, macOS, iOS, Android, Google Suite, and the Microsoft Environment. Please note that this position requires 24/7 rotational shifts, weekend work, and mandatory work-from-office attendance.
