As a Helpdesk Associate, you will deliver outstanding IT Service Desk support, offering guidance and training on various IT devices and applications. You will diligently record, update, and escalate support issues to ensure prompt resolution.

Key duties include assisting with IT onboarding for end-users, collaborating with internal IT teams on system testing and maintenance, and actively exploring new IT business tools. You will also play a vital role in suggesting, evaluating, and implementing process and technology improvements.
