NTT DATA is seeking a dedicated Helpdesk Associate with ITIL expertise to join our team in Noida, India. Provide outstanding IT Service Desk support, offering guidance and training to end-users across various IT devices, applications, and processes. Accurately record, update, and promptly escalate support issues. Assist with all IT onboarding activities for new end-users. Collaborate with internal IT Teams on system testing, integration, and ongoing maintenance.

Actively discover and propose new IT business tools to benefit both our business users and internal IT Team. Propose, evaluate, and implement improvements in processes and technology. Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and grow within different IT business areas. This role requires 24/7 rotational shifts, with work from office being mandatory.

A strong command of English, both written and verbal, is essential, coupled with exceptional customer service skills. We seek a great team player with excellent communication abilities, comfortable interacting with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in troubleshooting, identifying bugs, and resolving technical issues is crucial.

Candidates should be capable of working independently while contributing effectively within a global team environment. Essential technical knowledge includes troubleshooting IT software and hardware, with experience in Win 10, macOS, iOS, Android, Google Suite, and the Microsoft Environment.
