This role focuses on ensuring seamless IT operations through live dashboard monitoring, workflow allocation, and quality analysis. You will play a crucial part in analyzing service delivery components and preparing management information presentations.

Monitor live dashboards and allocate workflows efficiently. Conduct quality analysis on agreed-upon aspects of service delivery. Perform trending and in-depth analysis of service delivery components. Prepare and present management information reports. Serve as a coach and escalation point for junior colleagues, providing technical guidance for issue resolution. Act as a liaison between customers and internal departments to ensure timely and accurate resolution of online system problems.

A university education, ideally with a technical degree or relevant Microsoft certifications, is preferred. Familiarity with local and hybrid administration of Microsoft Operating Systems (Office and Remote) and Microsoft Office applications is essential. Experience in providing hybrid IT support (office and remote) is advantageous. Strong reporting abilities and the capacity to analyze and solve problems using effective troubleshooting skills are required. Excellent communication and customer service skills, along with fluency in English, are mandatory. Flexibility to work shifts may be necessary.
