NTT DATA is seeking a dedicated Healthcare Senior Specialist to join our team in Noida, India. This role is crucial for application support and maintenance within the healthcare provider domain, focusing on EHR/EMR systems. This position requires a commitment to working from the office on all days, with shifts managed according to a 24x7 roster across NTT Data's Noida, Bangalore, or Hyderabad offices. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of hospital workflows and operational support, ensuring the smooth functioning of critical healthcare applications.

Key responsibilities include investigating and resolving L2/L3 incidents for COTS healthcare applications, ensuring service restoration and SLA adherence while performing root cause analysis. You will proactively monitor application health, interfaces, and batch jobs, conducting regular maintenance, patch validation, and upgrades. The role also involves supporting change and release processes, including impact analysis and rollback planning. Effective coordination with business users, IT teams, and vendors is essential, alongside maintaining comprehensive documentation and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations like HIPAA.

Experience in the Healthcare Provider domain, with a solid grasp of hospital workflows, is essential. Proficiency in incident and problem management for COTS healthcare applications is required, alongside experience in application monitoring, maintenance, and upgrades. Candidates should be adept at change and release management, with strong stakeholder and vendor coordination skills. A thorough understanding of healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA) and data privacy is also necessary. Familiarity with various Ambulatory EMR systems such as MEDENT, HST Pathways, Dentrix Enterprise, and AthenaHealth is highly valued.
