Lead the charge for NVIDIA Inception in India and South Asia, a pivotal program supporting over 40,000 AI startups globally. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape the regional strategy and drive significant growth within a dynamic startup ecosystem. You'll be instrumental in connecting innovative companies with NVIDIA's cutting-edge hardware, software, and cloud solutions.

This is a hands-on, builder-focused position with a strong commercial emphasis. You will guide a team of dedicated managers, fostering collaboration and ensuring the success of startups across India, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and surrounding markets. Your efforts will directly impact how effectively regional startups leverage NVIDIA technologies for their groundbreaking work.

Develop and execute the South Asia Inception strategy, setting clear regional priorities and managing account tiers from strategic partners to community members. Lead, mentor, and expand a team of Inception Partner and Community Managers, enhancing their technical and commercial expertise.

Drive tangible commercial outcomes by guiding startups through the sales funnel, from initial awareness to technical validation and final adoption of NVIDIA solutions. Cultivate robust partner and reseller relationships to ensure seamless conversion of startup demand into fulfilled orders.

Deepen ecosystem engagement by building strong ties with VCs, accelerators, research institutions, and government bodies to foster high-quality lead generation and provide startups access to capital and customers. Collaborate with solution architects and developer relations to maximize startup productivity on the NVIDIA stack through training and events.

Champion the region's narrative through marketing initiatives and represent Inception at key industry events. Ensure meticulous program management, including member onboarding and data hygiene, for measurable and auditable regional performance. Provide critical market intelligence back to NVIDIA stakeholders regarding regional trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging AI initiatives.

A minimum of 12 years of experience is required, encompassing startup ecosystem development, developer or partner programs, technology alliances, business development, or technical sales, with at least 5 years dedicated to team leadership and development. A Bachelor's or B.Tech degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field is essential, though equivalent experience will be considered. An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.

Demonstrate a proven ability to own and achieve commercial targets within the technology sector, with a history of transforming early-stage relationships into revenue, design wins, or widespread platform adoption. Possess strong technical acumen in AI and accelerated computing, enabling credible discussions with founders and CTOs on model training, GPU selection, cloud trade-offs, and NVIDIA's software integration.

Exhibit deep, up-to-date knowledge of the South Asian startup landscape, including key founders, investors, accelerators, and policy influences, leveraging a strong network to facilitate rapid engagement. Success in navigating large, matrixed organizations and influencing diverse stakeholders without direct authority is crucial. Excellent communication and presentation skills are vital for engaging effectively with founders, investors, and executive leadership. Frequent regional travel is expected.
