Lead the strategic vision and execution for Product Deployment Engineering (PDE) within gTech Ads. You will serve as the crucial bridge between gTech Ads, Google Customer Solutions (GCS) regional leadership, and PSA. Your mandate is to guide customers through product adoption maturity, ensuring seamless implementations and advanced product uptake. This role balances operational leadership of a specialized technical team with the strategic delivery of high-impact media and product business initiatives across the region.

Integrate gTech's value proposition into GCS sales strategies, adapting global and regional data activation plans to meet local market needs. Oversee complex implementations, including custom CRM/API solutions, and develop scalable best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical tooling requirements, driving automation and scaling delivery. Strategically allocate high-value technical resources to high-opportunity sectors, quantifying business impact through robust metrics and case studies. Manage, mentor, and scale a high-performing PDE team, fostering an entrepreneurial and high-impact culture.

A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required. You should possess at least 10 years of experience in troubleshooting technical issues for internal or external partners and customers, along with 3 years of people management experience. Proficiency in system design or code reading (e.g., Java, C++, Python) is essential. A Master's degree in a related field, extensive project management experience, and knowledge of the online advertising landscape are preferred.
