Guide a high-performing team of Product Deployment Engineers (PDEs) through intricate technical projects and advanced implementations. Serve as the principal advisor to gTech Ads GCS, owning the regional implementation strategy and accelerating product adoption by partnering with program managers and sales leaders. Align technical service delivery with media activation opportunities, balancing engineering support with sales objectives. Collaborate with global and regional product leaders to optimize resource allocation, manage vendor execution, and provide technical mentorship.
Drive the automation roadmap and development by delivering technical Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and prioritizing impact. Integrate gTech's value proposition into GCS sales strategies, adapting global and regional data activation plans for local market needs. Oversee advanced implementations and API workarounds, identifying best practices for repeatable frameworks. Define technical tooling requirements with Ads Solutions Engineering (ASE) to scale implementation delivery.
A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience is required, alongside a minimum of 10 years in technical issue troubleshooting for partners or customers. Three years of experience in people management are essential.
Experience in system design or code review (e.g., Java, C++, Python) is necessary. Preferred qualifications include a Master’s degree in a relevant field and 15 years of experience managing projects and working with web technologies, analytics, or software coding. Building and maintaining stakeholder networks, navigating complex corporate structures, and a deep understanding of online advertising and customer growth roles are highly valued.
