Define and implement the strategic roadmap for the Insurance Consulting practice, ensuring synergy with Capgemini Invent’s global vision and market strategies. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team of consultants, cultivating an environment of innovation, collaboration, and professional growth. Build and maintain strong, trusted advisor relationships with key clients in the insurance sector, ensuring exceptional service delivery. Drive business growth through identifying new market opportunities, developing compelling value propositions, and successfully leading client pitches. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to provide strategic counsel to clients and refine service offerings. Ensure the efficient operation of the practice, including resource management, financial performance oversight, and quality assurance.

A Bachelor’s degree in Insurance, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline is required. An MBA or relevant professional certifications like ACII or CPCU are highly advantageous. Possess a minimum of 20 years of experience within the insurance industry, including substantial consulting experience. A strong understanding of the Indian insurance market and global insurance trends is essential.
