Seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Specialist to spearhead integration and Fast Formula initiatives for a US-based Oracle Fusion HCM implementation. This role is central to delivering complex HCM solutions, acting as the primary technical subject matter expert throughout the project lifecycle.

Your expertise will drive the design, development, and successful deployment of critical integration points and custom logic, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality within the Oracle Fusion HCM environment. Collaboration with functional teams and client stakeholders will be key to achieving project success.

Independently manage the HCM Integration and Fast Formula workstream from inception to post-deployment support. Develop and refine Oracle Fusion HCM integrations using HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL, REST APIs, SOAP Services, File-Based Integrations, and OIC patterns. Create and maintain intricate Fast Formulas across Payroll, Absence, Time & Labor, Benefits, Compensation, and Talent modules.

Provide essential support for inbound and outbound integrations with third-party systems and enterprise applications. Partner with functional consultants to define robust technical solutions and data requirements. Lead integration testing phases, including SIT, UAT, and oversee cutover and deployment activities. Troubleshoot and resolve integration failures and Fast Formula issues promptly. Author comprehensive technical design documents, mapping specifications, and deployment plans.

A minimum of 8 years of overall technical experience is required, with at least 4 years focused specifically on Oracle Fusion HCM. Proven success in at least 3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementation projects is essential. Experience in leading integration and Fast Formula workstreams independently is a must. Familiarity with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and related integration patterns is highly beneficial.

Experience with Redwood and AI-related integration concepts is a plus. An Oracle HCM Technical Certification is advantageous. Ability to work effectively with client technical teams and architects to ensure successful end-to-end integration delivery is critical.
