Seeking a seasoned Oracle Fusion HCM Technical Specialist to spearhead integration and Fast Formula development for a US-based implementation. This role requires extensive technical expertise to serve as the primary subject matter expert throughout the project lifecycle, ensuring successful delivery of all integration aspects.

This position offers an opportunity to independently manage the entire HCM integration and Fast Formula workstream, from initial design through to deployment and post-launch support. You will be instrumental in shaping and executing technical solutions for a critical client project.

Take ownership of the HCM Integration and Fast Formula workstream, guiding it from design to hypercare. Develop and maintain robust integrations using HCM Extracts, HDL/HSDL, REST APIs, SOAP Services, File-Based Integrations, and OIC patterns. Create and manage Fast Formulas across Payroll, Absence, Time & Labor, Benefits, Compensation, and Talent modules. Support third-party and enterprise application integrations. Collaborate with functional teams to define technical solutions and data requirements. Lead integration testing, SIT, UAT, cutover, and deployment activities. Troubleshoot and resolve integration and Fast Formula issues. Produce comprehensive technical design documents, mapping specifications, and deployment guides. Partner with client technical teams and architects for seamless end-to-end integration delivery.

Minimum 8-12 years of overall technical experience. At least 4 years of specialized experience in Oracle Fusion HCM. Proven track record with 3+ end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementation projects. Demonstrated ability to independently lead and deliver integration and Fast Formula workstreams. Proficiency in designing, developing, and supporting Oracle Fusion HCM integrations. Experience with various integration tools and methods, including OIC integration patterns. Strong understanding and practical application of Fast Formulas across multiple HCM modules.
