Shape the future of Total Rewards systems by leveraging digital innovation as a Product Owner. This role is crucial for realizing business transformation objectives by enhancing and optimizing total rewards processes and functionality. You will serve as the primary functional liaison, bridging the gap between stakeholders and technical teams to deliver efficient, cost-effective digital solutions that drive business outcomes, comply with company policies, and meet regulatory standards.

Drive the sustainment and optimization of Oracle HCM Cloud modules focused on compensation, benefits, and global mobility. Lead collaborative efforts between stakeholders and technical teams to resolve business challenges with innovative digital solutions. Proactively identify and recommend enhancements to digital processes and user experience for optimal outcomes. Effectively communicate technical concepts to stakeholders, fostering adoption of best practices. Spearhead project teams for implementing annual rewards cycles and other digital initiatives. Develop and execute the strategic technology roadmap for total rewards. Create and maintain essential knowledge articles and training materials for HR system processes. Collaborate with shared services to streamline automated digital processes and ensure data integrity. Support routine system and HR audit activities. Manage ongoing Oracle release regression planning, testing, and improvements.

Requires a Graduate degree with at least 6 years of experience in the total rewards domain. A minimum of 3 years of experience as a functional product lead in Oracle Fusion HCM and TMS, with specific expertise in compensation and benefits modules and relevant certifications. Proven ability to partner with Subject Matter Experts (SME) to understand business objectives and define requirements. Demonstrated strong hands-on experience leading at least one full lifecycle implementation of Oracle ERP HCM Fusion Applications.

Key competencies include proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud for compensation and benefits, full lifecycle project experience with Oracle HCM Cloud, and working knowledge of MS Office tools (Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio). Essential skills also include design thinking, project leadership, business functional expertise in total rewards, excellent executive communication, strong collaboration in a matrixed organization, rapid technical concept comprehension, and the ability to work independently.
