Join our team as an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant specializing in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC). This offshore role based in India is critical for a US-based Oracle Fusion HCM implementation. You will be the go-to Subject Matter Expert for ORC, leading all aspects of the workstream from initial requirements to post-go-live support. We seek a self-starter capable of managing the ORC track independently, interacting directly with client stakeholders.

Lead the Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) workstream end-to-end, serving as the primary ORC Subject Matter Expert.

- Conduct client workshops and requirement gathering sessions, performing fit-gap analysis and leading solution design discussions. - Act as a trusted advisor on recruiting transformation and Oracle ORC best practices. - Configure and implement the ORC module, including various recruiting components and approval workflows. - Manage Oracle Recruiting Booster capabilities and coordinate integrations, such as SMS gateway. - Design and configure complete recruiting processes, from requisition to offer management. - Define and maintain ORC security, user access controls, and approval hierarchies. - Support integrations with Core HR and onboarding processes. - Provide functional guidance for data migration, conversion, reports, and dashboards. - Lead testing phases (CRP, SIT, UAT), deployment, cutover, and hypercare activities. - Collaborate with technical, reporting, and integration teams, identifying and resolving risks and issues. - Deliver user training, documentation, and knowledge transfer.

We are looking for a seasoned Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant with extensive experience in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).

- Minimum of 8-12 years of overall HCM experience. - At least 4+ years specifically in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC). - Proven track record with 3+ end-to-end Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) implementations. - Ability to independently lead the ORC workstream with minimal supervision. - Experience working directly with client stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications include Oracle HCM ORC certification, a basic understanding of Oracle Fusion Core HR, and experience supporting US-based recruiting transformations and processes.
