Seeking a seasoned Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant specializing in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC). This role involves leading the ORC workstream for a US-based implementation, acting as the primary Subject Matter Expert (SME). Responsibilities span the full project lifecycle, from initial requirements gathering to post-go-live support, requiring independent ownership and minimal supervision.

This consultant will work directly with client stakeholders, driving the ORC solution design, configuration, and successful delivery. The ideal candidate possesses extensive HCM experience with a strong focus on Oracle Recruiting Cloud, demonstrating a proven track record of end-to-end implementations.

Independently lead the Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) workstream, serving as the primary SME from requirements to hypercare.

Facilitate client workshops, conduct requirement gathering, perform fit-gap analysis, and guide solution design discussions.

Configure and implement the ORC module, including various recruiting functionalities and Oracle Recruiting Booster capabilities.

Design and configure end-to-end recruiting processes, manage security roles, and support integration with Core HR and other modules.

Lead critical project phases such as CRP, SIT, UAT, deployment, cutover, and hypercare, while collaborating with technical and project teams to resolve issues and risks. Provide comprehensive user training and documentation.

A minimum of 8 years of HCM experience is required, with at least 4 years specifically in Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).

Possess a minimum of 3 end-to-end Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) implementation experiences.

Demonstrated ability to independently lead and manage the ORC workstream, working effectively with client stakeholders.

Proficiency in configuring ORC modules, including various recruiting elements and Oracle Recruiting Booster features. Familiarity with US-based recruiting processes and transformations is preferred.
