Spearhead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) solutions as an experienced Product Owner. This role requires deep expertise in Oracle Fusion HCM, particularly ORC, and involves bridging the gap between business stakeholders, HR leadership, and technical teams to drive impactful recruitment transformation initiatives.

You will be instrumental in defining the product vision, prioritizing requirements, managing enhancements, and ensuring the successful implementation and adoption of Oracle Recruiting Cloud capabilities across the organization.

Define and maintain the ORC product vision, roadmap, and enhancement strategy, aligning recruitment technology initiatives with business and talent acquisition objectives. Prioritize the product backlog based on business value, compliance needs, and stakeholder input. Serve as the subject matter expert for ORC and drive continuous improvement of recruitment processes using Oracle HCM capabilities.

Partner with Talent Acquisition, HR, IT, and business leaders to gather and validate requirements. Facilitate workshops and solution design sessions, and lead Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming and sprint planning. Ensure successful project delivery, enhancements, and system upgrades.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Candidates should possess 10-15 years of overall experience in HR Technology, HCM, or Enterprise Applications, with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC).

Strong understanding of the Oracle Fusion HCM suite and proven experience as a Product Owner, Functional Lead, or Solution Architect is essential. Experience managing global recruitment transformation programs and a solid grasp of Agile/Scrum methodologies are critical. Excellent stakeholder, communication, and leadership skills are expected.
