Seeking an accomplished Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant to spearhead Absence Management for an implementation project. This pivotal role involves leading the entire Absence Management workstream, from initial requirements and solution design through to configuration, testing, deployment, and ongoing support.

Beyond Absence Management, the consultant will play a key part in promoting Redwood enablement and adoption across HCM modules. This includes driving user experience modernization and exploring automation opportunities through Oracle HCM AI Agent initiatives, requiring close collaboration with functional and business teams.

Take full ownership of the Oracle Fusion Absence Management workstream, acting as the Subject Matter Expert.

Lead client workshops, gather requirements, perform fit-gap analysis, and guide solution design discussions.

Configure and implement Oracle Absence Management, including detailed design of leave policies, accrual calculations, eligibility, vesting, carryover rules, and balance management.

Support integration efforts between the Absence module and other systems, and provide functional expertise for data migration, reporting, and analytics.

Drive crucial activities like CRP, SIT, UAT, deployment, cutover, and hypercare, ensuring seamless collaboration with technical and project teams. Provide essential user training and documentation.

Lead Oracle Redwood adoption initiatives by configuring and analyzing business processes to leverage Redwood user experiences.

Assist in testing, business validation, and user adoption related to Redwood functionality, offering recommendations for optimization and change management.

Support Oracle HCM AI Agent initiatives by identifying automation opportunities and assisting with use case definition, requirements, conversation flows, and business processes.

Collaborate with technical teams on AI Agent configuration and testing, and support business validation and rollout activities for AI-enabled HCM capabilities.
