We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant specializing in the Learning module. This role involves leading end-to-end Oracle Fusion HCM implementation projects, with a primary focus on the Oracle Fusion Learning module.

The selected candidate will act as the key Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Learning, responsible for all phases from initial requirements gathering and solution design through configuration, testing, deployment, and ongoing support. Additionally, this position will contribute to Oracle Redwood adoption initiatives, facilitating the integration of AI Agents within Oracle HCM processes.

Take full ownership of the Oracle Fusion Learning workstream, guiding it from requirements gathering to hypercare.

Lead client workshops, fit-gap analyses, and solution design sessions, providing expert advice on Learning and Development processes and Oracle best practices.

Configure and implement all aspects of Oracle Fusion Learning, including Catalogs, Items, Courses, Specializations, and Assignments.

Design and implement compliance training, certifications, and personalized learning paths.

Support integrations with Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, OTL, and external learning providers.

Provide functional expertise for data migration, reporting, analytics, testing, and deployment phases.

Lead CRP, SIT, UAT, deployment, cutover, and hypercare activities, collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams. Provide user training and comprehensive documentation.

Possess 8-12+ years of experience in HCM, with at least 4 years specifically in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud.

Demonstrate experience with 2+ end-to-end Oracle Fusion Learning implementation projects.

Ability to independently lead the Oracle Fusion Learning workstream from inception to completion.

Strong client-facing skills for workshop facilitation and requirement gathering.

Experience configuring key Oracle Fusion Learning components is essential.

Familiarity with US Payroll is beneficial.

Experience supporting Oracle Redwood adoption and AI Agent initiatives is a plus.
