This role focuses on Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consulting, specifically within the Learning module, and includes involvement with Redwood user experiences and AI Agents. The consultant will independently manage the Oracle Fusion Learning workstream for implementations, acting as the subject matter expert.
Key responsibilities extend to supporting Oracle Redwood adoption across HCM business processes and assisting with the implementation and adoption of Oracle HCM AI Agents. The position requires a strong understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM capabilities and a proactive approach to process modernization.
Lead the Oracle Fusion Learning workstream end-to-end, from initial requirements gathering to post-go-live hypercare. Conduct client workshops, perform fit-gap analysis, and design effective solutions.
Configure and implement all aspects of Oracle Fusion Learning, including catalogs, items, courses, and assignments. Design compliance training, certification programs, and role-based learning paths.
Support integrations with Core HR, Talent Management, Payroll, and OTL. Provide functional expertise for data migration, reporting, and testing activities. Lead CRP, SIT, UAT, and hypercare support.
Contribute to Oracle Redwood adoption initiatives by analyzing processes and recommending Redwood-enabled user experiences. Assist with Redwood readiness assessments and user adoption.
Support the implementation and adoption of Oracle HCM AI Agents by participating in testing, validation, and rollout activities.
A minimum of 8 years of experience in HCM, with at least 4 years specifically in Oracle Fusion HCM Cloud. Proven experience with 2 or more end-to-end Oracle Fusion Learning implementation projects is essential.
Demonstrated ability to independently own and lead the Oracle Fusion Learning workstream. Strong functional expertise in Learning and Development processes and Oracle leading practices.
Experience with Redwood process enablement and AI Agent initiatives within Oracle HCM is required. Familiarity with Oracle Fusion Payroll or Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) is preferred.
Candidates should possess excellent skills in requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and user training. The ability to collaborate effectively with various project teams is crucial for successful delivery.
