Are you an experienced Product Owner passionate about Total Rewards Systems? This role is central to achieving business transformation goals through cutting-edge digital technology. You will be instrumental in sustaining and enhancing total rewards processes, acting as the vital link between stakeholders and the technical team to deliver efficient, cost-effective digital solutions. Ensure alignment with company policies and compliance requirements while driving business outcomes.

Key responsibilities include serving as the functional product expert for Oracle HCM Cloud modules related to compensation, benefits, and global mobility. You'll lead stakeholders and technical teams to resolve business challenges with innovative digital solutions. Proactively suggest enhancements for digital processes and user experience, translating technical concepts for stakeholders to foster adoption of best practices. Lead project teams for implementing rewards cycles and other digital initiatives. Develop and execute the strategic technology roadmap for total rewards, creating knowledge articles and training materials. Partner with shared services for automated processes and data integrity, support audits, and manage Oracle release regression planning and testing.

Candidates should possess a minimum of 6 years of experience in the total rewards function. A proven track record of at least 3 years as a functional product lead within Oracle Fusion HCM and TMS products, with specific experience in compensation and benefits modules and relevant certifications, is essential. Strong ability to collaborate with Subject Matter Experts to define business objectives and requirements is crucial. Prior hands-on implementation experience with Oracle ERP HCM Fusion Applications, including at least one full implementation cycle in a lead role, is required. Proficiency with MS Office tools, including MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio, along with design thinking capabilities and demonstrated project leadership, is expected.
