Seeking an experienced HCM Functional Lead with specialized expertise in Absence Management to join our team. This role involves shaping and implementing solutions within Oracle Cloud HCM, aligning with key client requirements through an Agile methodology. You will leverage your domain knowledge to drive successful project outcomes.

This position requires a strong understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM and its Absence module, including end-to-end configuration and the development of module-based Fast Formulas. Your contributions will be vital in designing, building, and configuring complex requirements to meet client needs.

Key responsibilities include leading design workshops, creating comprehensive workbooks and documentation, and collaborating with technical streams to guide integrations, conversions, and reports. You will also be instrumental in identifying, assessing, and resolving complex functional issues, ensuring seamless system operations. The role demands active participation in client-facing interactions and a collaborative approach with HR business teams.

A minimum of 7 years of IT experience is required, with at least 4 years dedicated to Absence management within Oracle Cloud HCM. Candidates must demonstrate proficiency in client-facing roles, requirement gathering, and mapping these to Oracle Cloud product capabilities. Expertise in functional design documentation, functional testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing support is essential. Strong interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills are vital for success in this role, including experience with onsite-offshore models.
