Your responsibilities will extend to providing basic support for programs, projects, and reporting, including secure handling of confidential materials and issue resolution. The scope of work is routine, with decision-making clearly defined by agreements or managerial guidance.

Analyze and process insurance requests accurately based on standard operating procedures. Gain proficiency in multiple client applications to efficiently capture required information. Provide essential administrative support, including mail services, filing (electronic and hard-copy), and reporting. Handle confidential materials with utmost care and contribute to issue resolution. Support team efforts during critical periods and adapt to evolving business needs.

We are seeking a fresher with excellent analytical capabilities and proficiency in typing, with a minimum speed of 21 WPM. Basic insurance knowledge is beneficial, and the ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, is essential for interacting with our clients. Candidates must be willing to work a complete night shift (Monday-Friday, 6:00 PM - 4:00 AM IST), with flexibility for shift changes and potential overtime or weekend work based on business demands. Relocation according to business requirements is expected. A graduate with English as a compulsory subject is preferred.
