Join our team as an HC & Insurance Operations Senior Representative, a crucial role focused on the intricacies of the billing process within the healthcare and insurance sectors. This position demands a proactive approach to learning and professional development, encouraging initiative in client-specific training and induction programs.

Active engagement in all educational and training initiatives, including refresher sessions on billing and compliance, is essential. The role requires a comprehensive understanding of patient enrollment, insurance selection, charge posting, cash posting, and handling denials and refunds. Familiarity with the specific functionalities of Practice Management applications is also key.

Key responsibilities include adhering to established processing and client-related protocols. You will be tasked with analyzing and understanding information from source documents like patient registration sheets, charge sheets, and EOBs before accurately entering data into the designated software fields.

Focus on achieving set targets and collaborating with the team to meet established Turn Around Times (TAT) while maintaining high accuracy standards. Your role will involve developing in-depth process knowledge and contributing to decisions that positively impact Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). Maintaining strict patient confidentiality is paramount.

This role requires a graduate or diploma holder with good typing skills. Successful candidates must be able to commit to regular scheduled shifts, including Monday-Friday, 7:30 am to 5:30 pm IST, or rotational shifts based on client needs.
