In this role, your primary responsibilities will involve understanding and adhering to customer-provided process documents. You will meticulously analyze insurance claims and ensure their accurate processing according to established standard operating procedures.

A key aspect of this position includes understanding and calculating the patient's responsibility through Coordination of Benefit (COB) and performing necessary insurance calculations. You will also become proficient in navigating multiple client applications to effectively capture and process insurance claim information.

This position requires 0-1 year of experience within the Healthcare BPO industry. A university degree or an equivalent qualification necessitating at least 3 years of formal study is essential.

Ideal candidates will possess strong typing skills, ideally with a speed of 25 WPM, or have completed a lower-level typewriting course, though this is a preferred attribute. Proven experience of over 1 year using computer applications with a keyboard and navigating software is also necessary.

Flexibility to work scheduled shifts from Monday to Friday, 06:00 PM to 04:00 AM, and adapt to business needs is required. Effective oral and written communication skills in English are crucial for seamless information exchange with our clients.
