Your responsibilities will involve a deep understanding of patient enrollment, insurance selection, charge posting, cash posting, and managing denials and refunds. Familiarity with practice management applications and ensuring patient confidentiality are key.

This position requires meticulous attention to detail, the ability to analyze source documents, and a commitment to achieving performance targets with high accuracy. You will play a vital role in optimizing Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) through informed decision-making.

Gain comprehensive knowledge of daily billing activities and client-specific training. Master patient enrollment, insurance selection, charge posting, cash posting, and denial/refund management. Understand and utilize practice management applications effectively. Analyze source documents (e.g., patient registration sheets, EOBs) before data entry. Adhere to processing and client-related protocols while maintaining patient confidentiality. Achieve set targets for turn-around time and accuracy. Contribute to positive impacts on RCM through process understanding and decision-making.

A graduate degree or diploma is required for this position. Proficiency in typing and data entry is essential. Ability to commit to scheduled shifts, including Monday-Friday from 7:30 am to 5:30 pm IST, or rotational shifts based on client needs. This is an on-site position, requiring your presence at the office based on business requirements. Strong analytical skills to interpret source documents and software data. Commitment to maintaining high accuracy and meeting performance metrics.
