In this capacity, you will be tasked with thoroughly understanding client process documents and meticulously analyzing insurance claims. Your duties will include processing claims in adherence to standard operating procedures, accurately calculating patient responsibility and performing insurance calculations, including Coordination of Benefits (COB).

You will also become proficient in navigating multiple client applications to efficiently capture the necessary data for claim processing.

We are seeking candidates with 0-1 year of experience in Healthcare BPO. A university degree or equivalent, requiring at least 3 years of formal study, is necessary. Strong typing skills with a speed of 25 WPM or completion of typewriting lower are highly advantageous.

Proven experience using Windows PC applications, including keyboard navigation and learning new software, for at least 1 year is required. Successful candidates must be available for scheduled shifts from Monday to Friday, 6:00 PM to 4:00 AM, with flexibility for business needs. Excellent oral and written English communication skills are essential for effective client interaction.
