This role involves key responsibilities within healthcare and insurance operations, providing an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience in a leading IT and business services firm.

As a Senior Representative, your core duties will include thoroughly understanding client process documents, meticulously analyzing insurance claims, and processing them according to established standard operating procedures. You will be responsible for calculating patient responsibility and performing insurance calculations, including Coordination of Benefits (COB).

Navigating and utilizing multiple client applications efficiently to capture necessary information for claim processing will be a crucial part of your daily tasks. Your ability to manage these responsibilities accurately will directly impact our service delivery and client satisfaction.

Ideal candidates will possess 0-1 year of experience in any Healthcare BPO setting. A university degree or equivalent, requiring at least 3 years of formal studies, is necessary.

Strong computer proficiency, including the ability to use Windows PC applications, navigate screens, and learn new software tools, is essential. Good typing skills with a speed of 25 WPM or completion of typewriting lower are preferred. Effective oral and written English communication skills are mandatory for interacting with our clients. Flexibility to work scheduled shifts from Monday to Friday, 06:00 PM to 04:00 AM, is also required.
