- Understand and adhere to provided process documents. - Analyze incoming insurance requests and process them following standard operating procedures. - Efficiently navigate multiple client applications to capture and process customer information. - Provide support for reporting, filing (electronic and hard-copy), and issue resolution. - Handle confidential materials with care.
