In this position, you will be responsible for configuring the client system for pricing and provider contracts, aligning with defined business rules for the new claims processing platform.

Key duties include evaluating configuration requirements, formulating approaches, and implementing advanced functionalities based on best practices. You will also participate in problem-solving for health plan benefits, provider issues, pricing, reporting, and system-related challenges.

Additional tasks involve resolving production support issues, updating configurations within the core claims processing system, and supporting fee schedule changes. You will also enable User Acceptance Testing (UAT), create test cases, manage issue logs, and perform data validation and audit of existing plans and contracts.

Ideal candidates will possess over 5 years of experience in US healthcare claims payer operations. A minimum of 6 years of experience in client system configuration for pricing (provider contracts) and UAT testing, with at least 2 years specifically dedicated to these tasks, is required.

While a high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory, an Associate's degree, technical college coursework, or some college education is preferred. The ability to thrive in a project-oriented environment is essential.

Preference will be given to candidates with 2+ years of experience in SQL query writing and exposure to VB/VB.NET. This role requires availability Monday-Friday, 5:00 am - 3:00 pm EST, with potential for overtime and weekend work based on business needs.
