We are seeking a Senior QA Tester Engineer to join our Testing Services team. This role involves in-depth analysis of system specifications to define testing requirements and develop comprehensive test cases. You will contribute to building and maintaining a robust repository of functional test cases, test data, validation procedures, and automated scripts.

Collaboration is key, as you'll work closely with QA engineers to design effective Test Plans. The position requires precise execution of manual and automated test cases, along with meticulous reporting of results. Identifying and communicating defects to development teams in a timely manner is crucial for this role.

Maintain detailed logs for all testing phases, including functional, end-to-end, and regression testing, while diligently tracking defects. You will partner with cross-functional teams to champion and uphold software quality throughout the entire development lifecycle. This includes preparing and delivering clear defect reports and working collaboratively to ensure timely resolution. Your contribution will directly impact the quality and reliability of our software solutions.

A minimum of 5 years of dedicated experience as a Quality Assurance tester is required. You should possess a strong command of QA Methodology and practical testing experience within the insurance industry. Demonstrated proficiency in testing UI, web services, batch-based integrations, and web portals is essential.

Experience with automation testing tools like HP QTP or Selenium is highly valued. Crucially, specific Quality Assurance experience with Guidewire solutions, particularly within the P&C Policy lifecycle, is a mandatory requirement. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, coupled with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, are also expected.
