We are seeking a dedicated Senior Testing professional with expertise in Insurance Automation to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our Business Testing team, you will be responsible for developing comprehensive test strategies, detailed test plans, and effective test scenarios and scripts. You will execute functional and regression test cases meticulously, track and manage defects throughout the Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), and actively participate in review and walkthrough meetings. A strong understanding of Guidewire modules (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter) and the Insurance domain is essential for success in this role.

We are looking for candidates with 5-8 years of experience in UAT/Business testing, specifically within the Guidewire Policy-Claims-BillingCenter or broader Insurance domain, and proficient in Agile methodologies. Essential technical skills include deft knowledge of Agile Scrum, strong hands-on experience with Guidewire PolicyCenter (including Rating), ClaimCenter, BillingCenter, and GW Portal products, coupled with a solid understanding of GW Integration points and P&C Insurance domain knowledge across multiple Lines of Business (LOBs). Experience in Automation and/or AI testing, along with basic SQL proficiency, is required. You should be adept at verifying functional specifications, executing test cases, maintaining bug reports, and participating in peer reviews, sanity, smoke, regression, system, and user acceptance testing. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are vital, as is the ability to be both an individual contributor and a team lead.
