As a Business Tester, your key responsibilities include developing comprehensive test strategies, plans, scenarios, and scripts aligned with project requirements. You will execute functional and regression test cases meticulously, track and manage defects through the STLC process, and actively participate in review and walkthrough meetings. A strong understanding of Guidewire – Billing Policy-Claims Center and the insurance domain, coupled with Agile methodology experience, is essential for success in this role.

We are looking for candidates with 4-8 years of dedicated UAT/Business testing experience, specifically within Guidewire – Billing Center, Policy-Claims, or the broader insurance domain, and proficiency in Agile methodologies. Essential skills include a deft knowledge of Agile Scrum, strong hands-on experience with Guidewire components (Billing Center preferred, PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter), and a solid understanding of P&C Insurance domain principles. Experience in automation and/or AI testing, along with basic SQL knowledge, is required. Candidates should possess excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to function as an individual contributor and a team lead.
