As a Techno-Functional Testing Manager within EY's Tech Consulting practice, you will be instrumental in shaping insurance technology solutions. This role offers the opportunity to lead and innovate within a dynamic environment, focusing on Guidewire implementations and cloud technologies.

Take ownership of the entire testing lifecycle, from strategy and planning to execution and defect management. Develop comprehensive test strategies, detailed test plans, and robust test scenarios. Execute functional and regression test cases meticulously, ensuring high-quality deliverables. Proactively identify and report defects, driving them to closure through the STLC process. Engage actively in review and walkthrough meetings, contributing to the overall project success. Foster collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team.

A strong foundation in testing with 14+ years of experience in Guidewire Policy, Claims, and Billing centers within the insurance domain, coupled with expertise in Agile methodologies. Proven success in leading automation and manual testing programs for at least 3 years is essential. A comprehensive understanding of the end-to-end test automation process, particularly for Guidewire cloud environments, is required. Candidates should possess a BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc degree. Experience with cloud implementations and familiarity with GW cloud upgrade/greenfield projects are critical. Basic coding knowledge and exposure to DevOps integrated automation are also key.
