We are seeking experienced professionals with a strong background in Guidewire PolicyCenter and integrations. This role offers the opportunity to design, configure, and support scalable solutions for leading Property & Casualty insurance clients, enabling seamless policy administration and system integrations across the InsuranceSuite ecosystem.

Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and configuring Guidewire applications, particularly PolicyCenter. You will customize components using Gosu, Java, and Guidewire Studio, focusing on policy administration, product configuration, underwriting rules, rating, and pricing. Building integrations using the Guidewire Integration Framework for various data exchanges and interfaces is also a core part of this role. Collaboration with business analysts, architects, and QA teams to translate business requirements into robust technical solutions is essential.

We require professionals with a minimum of 6 years in software development, specifically with hands-on Guidewire PolicyCenter application experience. Proficiency in Gosu, Java, XML, JSON, XSD, SQL, SOAP/REST Web Services, and Guidewire configuration tools is mandatory. A solid understanding of Property & Casualty insurance domain processes and experience integrating Guidewire with various external systems is crucial. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like JIRA and Confluence is expected. Exposure to CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud platforms is preferred.
