As a Technical Lead, you will guide project teams through various technical streams of Guidewire implementation. Key responsibilities include interfacing with onsite coordinators, planning and monitoring project deliverables, and mentoring team members. You will also manage regular status reporting, engage with customer representatives, and be prepared for client site travel as needed.

Your role extends to fostering a strong quality culture, managing performance for direct reports in line with organizational policies, and leading by example to promote teamwork. You will be instrumental in training and mentoring project resources and actively participating in company-wide people initiatives.

We are seeking candidates with a BE, B.Tech, or MCA degree, coupled with 3 to 7 years of solid industry experience. Essential technical skills include demonstrated expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter Configuration, and a strong background in Property & Casualty Insurance. Experience with Commercial Lines of Business and ISO Standard Based Templates for Commercial Lines is crucial.

Proficiency in Java 5+, JEE, XML, Web Services (Axis 2), SQL, and ANT is required. You must possess strong skills in Pl/SQL, Spring, Hibernate, Castor, and any Enterprise Messaging System. Experience with Tomcat and/or Websphere/Weblogic is also necessary, alongside real-time knowledge of enterprise system integration, preferably within the insurance domain. A solid understanding of software development best practices, excellent business communication, leadership skills, and prior client-facing experience are mandatory.
