Lead technical streams within Guidewire implementation projects, collaborating closely with onsite coordinators. Manage project deliverables, mentor your team, and provide regular status reports. You'll interface directly with customer representatives, demonstrating strong leadership and technical guidance. Willingness to travel to customer locations is essential.

As a team leader, foster a culture of quality, manage performance effectively according to organizational policies, and lead by example to encourage teamwork. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring project resources and participating in broader organizational people initiatives.

We are seeking candidates with a BE/BTech/MCA and 3 to 7 years of relevant industry experience. Essential technical skills include demonstrable expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter Configuration, Property & Casualty Insurance knowledge, and experience with Commercial Lines of Business and ISO Standard Based Templates.

Proficiency in Java 5+, JEE, XML, Web Services (Axis 2), SQL, ANT, Pl/SQL, Spring, Hibernate, Castor, and an Enterprise Messaging System is required. Experience with Tomcat, Websphere, or Weblogic, along with real-time enterprise system integration knowledge, preferably from an insurance background, is crucial. A solid understanding of software development best practices, excellent business communication, strong leadership, and prior client-facing experience are mandatory.
