Act as a Consultant or Technical Expert, contributing to various technical streams of Guidewire implementation and integration projects. Effectively interface and communicate with onsite coordinators, ensuring project deliverables are planned and monitored. Mentor the project team, execute identified projects, and provide regular status updates to management and onsite coordinators.

Interface with customer representatives as needed and be prepared to travel to customer locations on a needs basis. Additionally, foster a quality culture, manage performance for direct reports according to organizational policies, and lead by example to promote teamwork. You will also be responsible for training and mentoring project resources and participating in organization-wide people initiatives.

We seek professionals with 1 to 12 years of experience in Guidewire PC/CC/BC Configuration, Integration, and Digital modules, possessing thorough knowledge and hands-on experience. Experience with Guidewire implementations and upgrades within the Insurance sector, particularly Property & Casualty Insurance, is essential.

Essential technical skills include Java 5+, JEE, XML, Web Services (Axis 2), SQL, and ANT. Proficiency in Pl/SQL, Spring, Hibernate, Castor, and any Enterprise Messaging System is required. Strong knowledge and experience with Tomcat and/or Websphere/Weblogic are also crucial. Real-time experience in enterprise system integration, preferably from an insurance domain background, is expected.

Candidates should demonstrate an understanding of software development best practices, possess excellent business communication skills, and exhibit strong leadership capabilities. Prior client-facing experience is a significant advantage.
