As a team leader, you will guide technical streams within Guidewire implementation projects. You will liaise with onsite coordinators, manage project deliverables, and mentor your team. Regular status reporting and customer interaction will be key components of this role. We encourage candidates willing to travel to client locations as needed.

- Lead technical streams in Guidewire implementation projects. - Interface and communicate effectively with onsite coordinators. - Plan and monitor project deliverables, ensuring timely execution by the team. - Mentor project team members and guide them through project execution. - Provide regular status updates to management and onsite coordinators. - Engage with customer representatives as required. - Foster a strong quality culture within the team. - Manage performance and development of direct reports according to organizational policies. - Promote teamwork and lead by example, inspiring project resources.

- BE/BTech/MCA degree with 3 to 7 years of sound industry experience. - Proven experience in Guidewire PolicyCenter Configuration. - Demonstrable knowledge of the Property & Casualty Insurance sector. - Experience with Commercial Lines of Business (e.g., Commercial Auto, Farm, Business Owners). - Familiarity with ISO Standard Based Templates (SBT) for Commercial Lines. - Proficiency in Java 5+, JEE, XML, Web Services (Axis 2), SQL, and ANT. - Strong skills in Pl/SQL, Spring, Hibernate, Castor, and any Enterprise Messaging System. - Expertise with Tomcat and/or Websphere/Weblogic. - Real-time experience in enterprise system integration, ideally within the insurance domain. - Solid understanding and application of software development best practices. - Excellent business communication and leadership skills. - Prior client-facing experience is essential.
