This role offers the opportunity to work within a dynamic team, contributing to various technical aspects of Guidewire projects. You will liaise with onsite coordinators and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks, providing regular status updates to your lead. Collaborate effectively within a team to contribute to diverse technical streams of Guidewire engagements. Maintain clear communication and interface with onsite project coordinators. Ensure all assigned tasks are completed punctually and provide regular status reports to the project lead.

We are looking for professionals with a strong foundation in BE, B.Tech, or MCA, complemented by 4 to 7 years of substantial industry experience.

Key skills include demonstrable expertise in Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, or BillingCenter configuration and integration. Experience within the Property & Casualty Insurance domain is essential, along with knowledge of either Personal Lines products (e.g., Auto, Property) or Commercial Lines products (e.g., Commercial Auto, Workers Compensation).

Proficiency in Java 5, JEE, XML, Web Services (Axis 2), SQL, and ANT is required. Strong skills in Pl/SQL, Spring, Hibernate, Castor, and any Enterprise Messaging System are highly valued. Familiarity with Tomcat and/or Websphere/Weblogic, alongside real-time experience in enterprise system integration (preferably from an insurance background), is crucial. Candidates should possess a solid understanding of software development best practices. Excellent business communication skills and prior client-facing experience are also important qualifications for this role.
