As a Technical Lead, you will guide technical streams within Guidewire implementation projects, ensuring seamless integration and delivery.

Key responsibilities include: - Acting as a team leader, mentoring project members and monitoring deliverables. - Liaising with onsite coordinators and customer representatives. - Planning and supervising project execution, providing regular status reports. - Willingness to travel to client sites as needed, managing demanding client expectations. - Fostering a culture of quality and teamwork, leading by example.

We seek candidates with a BE/B.Tech/MCA and 7-10 years of industry experience.

Essential technical proficiencies: - Expertise in Java 8+, JSON, REST API, ReactJS/AngularJS, Javascript, and HTML. - Strong knowledge of Tomcat and/or Websphere/Weblogic. - Proven experience in enterprise system integration, ideally within the Insurance domain. - Understanding of software development best practices and excellent communication and leadership skills.

Familiarity with Guidewire Portals and the Property & Casualty insurance sector is highly valued.
