EY is seeking a Senior Technical Lead with expertise in Guidewire Digital to join our IT Consulting Services team. As a Technical Lead, you will spearhead technical streams within Guidewire implementation projects. This involves close collaboration and communication with onsite coordinators, ensuring timely project deliverables, and providing mentorship to your team. You will manage performance, foster a strong team culture, and report regularly on project status. The role requires interfacing with client representatives and being willing to travel to client locations as needed to address demanding client needs and ensure successful project delivery.

Your people responsibilities include cultivating a quality-driven culture, managing performance reviews for direct reports according to organizational policies, and leading by example to promote teamwork. You will also be involved in training and mentoring project resources and participating in broader organizational people initiatives.

We are looking for candidates with a BE, B.Tech, or MCA degree and 7 to 10 years of relevant industry experience. Essential technical skills include strong proficiency in Java 8+, JSON, REST API, ReactJS/AngularJS, Javascript, HTML, and experience with application servers like Tomcat, Websphere, or Weblogic. A solid understanding of enterprise system integration, ideally within the insurance domain (Property & Casualty), and software development best practices are crucial.

Exceptional business communication and leadership skills are mandatory. Prior experience with Guidewire Portals is required. Preferred skills include expertise in REST API, ReactJS/AngularJS, Core Java, Gosu, and the insurance sector. Added advantages include familiarity with Git repositories, Guidewire certification, and template design patterns. Experience in Guidewire Policy Center configuration, integration, conversion, and prior client-facing experience are also preferred.
