Lead technical streams within Guidewire implementation projects, acting as a technical leader. Interface with onsite coordinators, manage project deliverables, and monitor team progress. Provide technical mentorship and guidance to the project team. Regularly report status to managers and onsite coordinators. Collaborate with customer representatives and travel to client locations as needed. Effectively manage demanding clients and ensure successful project deliveries.

As a team leader, foster a quality-driven culture, manage performance, and lead by example. Mentor and train project resources, and actively participate in organizational people initiatives.

Candidates should possess a BE, B.Tech, or MCA degree with 7 to 10 years of industry experience. Essential technical competencies include Guidewire Portal and EDGE, AngularJS, and ReactJS.

Mandatory skills encompass Java 8+, JSON, REST API, ReactJS/AngularJS, JavaScript, HTML, and experience with Tomcat and/or Websphere/Weblogic. Strong knowledge of enterprise system integration, ideally within the insurance domain, is required. Understanding of software development best practices, excellent business and leadership communication skills, and specific experience in Guidewire Portals and Property & Casualty insurance are crucial.
