This role involves extensive hands-on experience in Guidewire Claims Center, focusing on integration and configuration. You will develop and maintain complex applications, write GOSU code for rules, and implement UI configurations for Guidewire's Claims Center platform. Responsibilities include performing code reviews, conducting J-Unit testing, and engaging in integration and business analysis activities. You will also draft technical requirements, participate in enterprise architecture discussions related to Guidewire integrations, and collaborate with architects on design reviews.

Additional duties encompass investigating policy migration and renewal conversion, analyzing data flow, and assessing data and file formats. The position requires working independently while maintaining excellent quality and clear communication with team members, including a 6-hour overlap with the onsite team during the Noon shift.

We are looking for candidates with 5+ years of direct experience in Guidewire projects, possessing expert-level knowledge in Claims Center integration and configuration. Essential skills include proficiency in GOSU for rule writing, development experience with Guidewire Claim Center 10.0.1 and above, and a strong understanding of Java J2EE, JSP, and Web Services. Familiarity with XML definitions, scripting languages like JavaScript, relational database concepts, and advanced web application implementation is also crucial.

Ideal candidates will hold a Guidewire Claims Center Cloud ACE Certification or a Guidewire Policy Center Cloud ACE certification. A general understanding of Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance business, the insurance ecosystem, and data lifecycle management is required. Basic knowledge of Guidewire Claim Center implementations and integration experience are necessary, along with the ability to clearly depict data flow and investigate various data and file formats.
